What ticket options are available?
FinnFest offers single-day passes, a four-day festival pass, a limited Founding 250 pass, student and family options, a youth day pass (ages 13–18), and separately ticketed add-ons such as the Cokato Tour. Current options and checkout fees appear in the official Eventbrite ticket picker.
How much is a four-day FinnFest pass?
The standard four-day festival pass is $130 before Eventbrite service fees and sales tax shown at checkout (recently about $142.83 all-in). Prices and availability can change — use Buy Tickets on this page for the current total.
What is included in the four-day festival pass?
Core FinnFest programming September 17–20, including live music and performances, speakers and discussions, Finnish and Nordic cultural programs, films, exhibits, workshops, and community experiences at the main venues. Tours, certain meals, and specially marked experiences may require separate tickets.
What is the Founding 250 pass?
A $250 face-price limited package (about $273.72 at checkout) that includes a four-day pass plus exclusive merchandise and VIP benefits described on the Founding 250 homepage section and at checkout. Only 250 are available.
How do I upgrade my ticket to the Founding 250 Pass?
You can upgrade your current ticket to the Founding 250 Pass through our Eventbrite account where you purchased your FinnFest tickets.
- Sign in to your original ticket-purchasing account.
- Select the option to upgrade to the Founding 250 Pass.
- The system should automatically credit the amount you have already paid.
- You will pay only the remaining difference in price—not an additional $250.
- During the upgrade process, select your preferred clothing item and size.
- Review the total and complete your purchase.

Are there discounts for students or families?
Yes. Student 4-day and student day passes require a valid student ID at registration. The Sunday Family Package includes two adult day passes plus children age 12 and under. Teens ages 13–18 can use the Children’s Pass (daily rate).
Is the Tori Nordic marketplace free?
Yes. The FinnFest Tori is free and open to the public on Friday and Saturday. Ticketed programs outside the free Tori require the appropriate pass.
Do I need a separate ticket for tours or special events?
Some tours (for example Cokato), meals, and special experiences are separately ticketed. Check each listing: included with pass, free and open to the public, or separate ticket required.
Where do I buy official FinnFest tickets?
Use the Buy Tickets buttons on this page (and elsewhere on finnfest.us). They open FinnFest USA’s official Eventbrite checkout. Avoid unofficial resellers.
Will I receive a ticket by email?
Eventbrite sends an order confirmation to the email used at checkout. Bring the mobile ticket or printed confirmation if requested at check-in. Check spam or promotions folders if it does not arrive.
When will the full schedule be available?
A 2026 program preview is available now — see the Program Overview page and PDF. Detailed times and rooms update as they’re finalized. The online schedule is the most current source.
Is there an official FinnFest hotel?
Yes. Hilton Minneapolis is the official host hotel for Friday and Saturday festival activity. Use the FinnFest hotel room block link for availability.
Where can I park near FinnFest / the Hilton?
Important: Downtown parking rates and restrictions can change during concerts, conventions, and other special events. Always check the posted signs or entrance rate before you park. Rates below were checked July 19, 2026 and are subject to change.

On-street: Limited metered spaces near Marquette Avenue, 2nd Avenue South, and nearby cross streets. Time limits and rules vary—pay at the meter or with the MPLS Parking app, and always read the signs at your exact space. Street parking is best for short visits; for an all-day shift, a ramp is usually easier.
Quick pick: Hotel guests who need in/out → Hilton self-parking. Volunteers and day guests → Leamington or 11th at Marquette. Mobility needs → Hilton garage (directly beneath the hotel).
Tip: photograph the parking sign, meter number, or ramp level before you leave your vehicle.
