Learn traditional Finnish dance steps! The Kisarit Finnish American Folk Dancers from the Twin Cities will be presenting a Finnish Dance Workshop for those who are interested in learning basic Finnish dance steps.

Kisarit Finnish American Folk Dancers begin in 1972 when Finnish students came to study at the University of Minnesota. The group got together with other Finnish Americans and soon were performing at various venues. From that early beginning, Kisarit has continued to perform at various festivals and other events throughout the USA and Finland. Kisarit performed at the first FinnFest in 1983 and has also performed at many other FinnFests promoting our Finnish culture throughout our 50 plus years as a Finnish American folk dance group.
