Are you a Finnish American aged 60+? Sign up to be interviewed for Finlandia Foundation National’s Oral History Project. The Finlandia Foundation National Oral History Project, in partnership with FinnFest USA, will be conducting hour long interviews with Finnish Americans aged 60+ at this year’s FinnFest. These interviews will be stored in the archives at the Finnish American Heritage Center and will provide important insights into the history & culture of Finnish Americans.

Presenter Bio: Mirva Johnson holds a recent PhD in Scandinavian Studies – Folklore from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has years of experience conducting interviews about local language, history, and culture in Finnish North American communities.
